It’s been a hot minute since my last Avery Flynn book and I’m so happy to read her words again but this was a treat. Between the explosive chemistry, pack members trying to end them and one meddling “aunt”, this book was exactly what the doctor prescribed.
OMG this boom was hilarious. I don’t think I had a moment where there wasn’t a smile on my face. Effie made me want to become a witch. Her upbeat personality really sold this story. But we can not forget our grump Darius. I mean he has his reasons for acting the way he did but my God these two together were pure fire.
Everything about this book was pure joy and I can not wait to come back and see what is the deal with the rooster and his feathers 🤣
