Julian and Harper’s relationship starts off all business. She’s assigned to be his driver and in the process she gives him an idea to solve one of his business problems. He sees something in her and decides that she should be employed full time by him. Spending time in the car together brings them closer and soon a connection they share can not be ignored anymore.
They start their relationship and all si going great, but Julian’s past come knocking and he gets spooked. Harper tries to be understanding but she knows her worth and will not let herself be the who begs someone to love her. But with a kick from a friend he learns his mistake quickly and wants her in his life but to do that he needs to be honest with her about his past and hope she could forgive him.
From start to finish this story pulled me in and it was a great way to spend my day on the beach while rooting for our MCs to find their way back to each other.
