I started reading this book and immediately disliked Charlotte. I was sure there was no way Erika Wilde could make me change my mind. But little by little i began softening up to her and by the end of the story I was rooting for them to find their way back to each other.
Kane is as bossy as they come. Charlotte did a number on him with her story and he hasn’t been the same since. When they meet again he tries (and fails) to convince himself he can do his job with out feelings getting involved. But being together in a small space proves to be too much for them and when they finally talk about what happened two years ago, staying away is not an option. And when danger comes knocking – Kane will stop at nothing to get to her and keep her by his side forever.
