ARC REVIEW

I’ve wanted to get back to reading Stephanie Rose for a few years now and I super stoked that I did it with Pinch Hitter! This story checked all my romantic fiction boxes and then some! This story is much more than a “romance journey”. It’s a story of taking chances, moving forward, letting go of fear and guilt and grabbing on to love! It’s a story laced with a quiet current of emotion that will tug at your heart and want to cheer for these two! You will champion Lee and cheer for Stella, Lee & Bennie to find their way to a HEA!

This isn’t an angsty story but because of some of the circumstances, it’s emotional but at the same time full of hope. It’s a slow-burn, character driven story that made my heart very happy. I love the friendship they built and the trust they had with one another. I love the moments with little Bennie because children just make everything better! *heart eyes*
