Julian is a psychopathic serial killer. He is also a prince which puts some constraints on his proclivityās. His family knows and accepts him for what he is. Wynn is on the vacation of his lifetime when the prince crosses his path. Julian is instantly smitten. Wynn calls to something in him that feels like it might be peace.
The peripheral people added a bit to the story. Julianās family and Wynnās friends were pleasant but not too intrusive. I think Julianās bodyguard Edward needs a story.
I liked that Wynn didnāt instantly fall for Julian. His spidey sense tingled, but he gave in anyway (it is a romance after all). His support of Julian was sweet. I liked that Julian cherished Wynn and wasnāt afraid to tell him.
All that said..I think Julian may be the first of this authorās characters I just didnāt warm too. Iāve read characters that were darker and liked them so that isnāt it. Being a man of power he was respectful to those around him. Canāt really say why he just didnāt appeal to me. But I did enjoy the book.

She managed to wrangle herself a husband who matched her crazy and they hatched three wonderful children.
If you were to ask her what gave her the courage to finally publish, sheād tell you it was her amazing family and friends. Support is vital in all things and when youāre afraid of your dreams, it will be your cheering section that will lift you up.
