Cole and Tessa are thrown back together when her job, yet again, brings danger to her door. They’ve been apart for the last 5 years but Tessa knows that if anyone can help her it’s Cole.
Cole is trying really hard not to lock her up and throw away the key so that the damn woman would finally understand just how important she is to him. When she escaped death and they’re finally home, the thing that kept them apart is still there, live and breathing, threatening to pull them apart once again.
I loved the balance between danger and survival, love and refusal to change…all in all this was a great way to spend at the beach.
