This author seriously has me in all my feels with each book I read. I was completely hooked from the first chapter and right up until the end of the story. The plot and packing of the story were just right and our MCs and their connection made this an outstanding read.
While reading a shed a few ugly-cry moments and was rooting for our MCs to find their way to each other. Maisey and Beckett were a delight to get to know. This story is filled with tension, chemistry and so much heart. I loved that they were friends before they became anything else.
I’ve been a fan of LJ Evans for a while now and her ability to make me forget everything around me while reading is amazing. I truly and highly recommend this book.
