I’ve become a huge Clara Pines fan over the two years since I discovered her. She always delivers sweet and heartfelt stories for me to read, and this one was no exception.
Maddie and Jake made me smile so big. They have their banter and a few headbutts, but when she meets his son, she wants to show them that despite everything that happened to all of them, there is still hope in the world.
Maddie is determined to show Jake how special the lodge is. By spending time together with his son Dylan was an amazing little boy), she starts falling for them both. But will her showing them what the place could and should be, be enough? Both will have to decide if believing in second chances is enough to open up their hearts to love again.
