In New Orleans, I’m known as the fun and laid-back LeBlanc brother. The Rebel CEO.
I’m successful and determined, but I don’t play by the rules. Heck, I don’t even have rules except one. I never ever get involved with my assistants. After a very bad experience years ago, I know better than to mix business and pleasure.
I’ve had no problems sticking to my rule until I hired Daisy.

When I first meet her, I have no idea she’s my new temp assistant. I just set eyes on this gorgeous woman at my favorite coffee shop, and do what I do best: flirt with her like there’s no tomorrow. Whenever she steps into my office, all I think about is bending her over my desk. When she gives me sass, all I want is to cover her mouth with mine until she begs for more. Daisy is fun and unlike anyone I’ve met, and I gravitate toward her whether I want it or not.

When she suddenly gets a call from home that her family needs help, I immediately take over. All lines blur, but one thing I know for sure, I won’t let Daisy go. I just have to convince her that I’m the one.

And I’m very convincing when I want to be.

Just when I think Layla Hagen can’t possibly top the last LeBlanc brother, she throws Anthony into the mix. He had an aura around him, that despite his hot and cold behavior at the start, Daisy couldn’t stay away. They tried the professional rout, but it took no time at all before the chemistry was too much for them to ignore. But giving into temptation is easy, doing it all to stay together and happy is not. Especially when she has one foot out the door. But Anthony is not giving up easily. He’ll move heaven and earth in order to keep his woman by his side, satisfied and happy. Even if it means, finding help for her parents’ farm or trying to find a job in the same city as him.

Once again, the whole LeBlanc family was there to give their hilarious moments but also advice that helps our love birds end up sailing into HEA together. If you’re looking for something smooth and without too much drama, this series is pure gold, and Anthony’s book is must-read. Go grab it—you’ll thank me later!

🎧📚Audio & eBook Review📚🎧

This is actually the only series by Layla Hagen that I have been able to devour since I began my journey last year into her writing! I loved her instantly and she hasn’t let me down yet! For this title I got to not just read the ARC but also listen to the ALC a few weeks (about three) after I read the story and that’s my #happyplace ❤️ Also, huge shout out to both Robert Hatchet & Megan Wicks on their dual performance of this story! I’ve listened to a ton of other audiobooks performed by Robert, so I knew the likelihood of him not getting it right for me were super slim, but Megan I just met recently, and LISTEN … she needs to be on everyone’s radar that is an audiobook junkie! #TRUST She is incredible! 👏👏

Now, about Anthony and Daisy … gah, I really loved their story! It unfolded organically with little to no dramatics. Their story was entertaining and fun! The whole family is always this way, which is one of the aspects that I love about Layla’s worlds. She involves everyone in everything and keeps focus on the central plot, which of course is our romance couple. I enjoy stories where adults adult properly and its refreshing to know that Layla writes these kinds of stories always (that’s totally only based on my limited experience, but I get a feeling I’m right). I love the chemistry that Anthony & Daisy had from the very beginning even when Anthony was pushing back on his attraction! They were fiery and I loved it!

I’ve loved being in this family’s world and can’t wait for January 2026 to get here so I can devour Becket’s story! I think it’s going to be a doozy! ;)
