Once again LJ Evans made forget everything and not come up for air until I finished this story. Sadie Hatley is a strong woman, who is determined to show the world sheβs not to be messed with. Her connection to Rafa was unexpected but his demeanor was perfect for her. Her instant bond with his daughter was the icing on the cake and made the story come together for sure.
Their relationship was not easy, but when anything worth fighting for is, right? The constant battle of wills was infuriating as it was intriguing. Their past shaped them and together they had to fight again anything and everyone who stood in the way of their HEA.
If youβre following my reviews you know by now, I hate to cry, but every single book by LJ Evans has made me thing I should start buying stock in tissue companies. Another wonderful story to add to my favorite books written by LJ Evans.
