Ghost is book two in the series Twisted Kings MC. This is a motorcycle romance with the following tropes; grumpy/sunshine, voyeurism, touch her and die, hidden identity, OTT Alpha male.
This story focuses on Ghost AKA Marcus. He’s everything you expect in an outlaw biker; stoic, authoritative, intimidating, strong, alpha and loyal to his club. He’s been hardened by traumatic events from his past. He seems to self punish and feed negativity to himself off misplaced guilt.
Luna is young but had to grow up so fast. She never had stability but this helped mold her into the woman she is today. She’s protective, fierce, brave, loyal and can be feisty. She would sacrifice herself for the family and love she’s found.
There was a good mix of grit, dark elements, spice, angst, violence, plot twists, and strong supporting characters. And of course Simmons leaves us wanting more with that little snippet at the end. Can’t wait for Legacy to be brought to his knees!
