Josh is splinting his time work as a firefighter and on his family ranch. When he gets a new work phone, he also starts getting msg from someone who misses someone dear. When he responds to it, he never anticipated what would find him on the other side of the line, his soul mate.
Sophia is missing her father. She’s texting his number, not knowing it is in use once again. When she’s feeling down, someone responds and soon she finds another friend to share her day with. When her mother pushes her to start to date, she and Josh come to an agreement for him to step in the shoes of her supposed boyfriend. And as time goes on their feelings start to grow and both are sure that they found their person to spend the rest of their lives with.
I’ve got to say I’ve read the last 3 books in the series, and I cannot wrap my head around the fact how much i love this family. Josh and Sophia are both young, but they both possessed the maturity that helped them even when things got hard. After finishing this to say I’m excited about Natefinding his person is an understatement. That boy needs a good wake-up call and I’m here for it when it finds him.
