I adore Abby – when we first met her, I felt really bad for the way Ezra ended up treating her. But in this book i loved how she was finally coming out of her shell and discovering who she really is. Nick is struggling to balance going to school, play football and taking care of his adorable 4 year old daughter. He needs a nanny and he needs it fast.
He and Abby clash a bit at the beginning but when she saves the day (mostly), he offers her the job. It takes a little convincing but soon their lives are intertwined. But ignoring the connection is becoming hard and hard, each day it passes. She want the whole package and he doesn’t think he could handle one more obligation on his plate. But when they turn up the heat in the bedroom, feelings start to grow but will that be enough?
Abby has finally realized her worth and she’s not taking crap from anyone even if it is from a man suspects is the love of her life. When Nick puts his foot in his mouth, she leaves and Nick is left contemplating what happened to make her leave. When everything is brought to light, he’ll move heave and earth to make her see that she and his daughter are his no.1 priorities.
I’ve read everything single book in this series and I swear it kept getting better and better. I’m more than ready to see how will Rhett and Paige start off the new series.
