Starting this book made me nervous. I’ve read all the books in the series and have loved every one of them so to know I was about to start the last one was a bit nerve wracking. But i should known by now that Kaylee Ryan is a master of words and she concluded this series perfectly with Courtney and Merrick.
The fake relationship that transitioned to something more had me smiling the whole time i was reading it. The shy Courtney kept giving Merrick a way out of their agreement. But Merrick wants to help her and is not taking the bait. But having her in his space, talking and developing friendship first before getting physical, made them fall for each other. And per usual Kincaids are there to help the baby of the family see just how special Courtney is and he needs to grab her and never let go.
I’m kinda sad that this series came to an end. I’m hoping Kaylee Ryan brings us back soon for the second generation because if there is one family I wouldn’t mind coming back to it is this one!
