I have an issue with Josh. I’m sorry, but I wish Honey had chosen someone else, anyone else, for her happily ever after. I understand his reasoning, but her heartbreak was too profound to be forgiven so quickly. I’m glad he brought her some satisfaction, but for me, it wasn’t sufficient.
However, it wasn’t all negative. His explanation for the events of a decade ago somewhat loosened the heartache. His daughter was an adorable little girl, and it’s impossible not to adore her. For her sake, I’m glad they ended up together at the end.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible read. I wish she had made him work a little harder, but in the end, she deserved happiness, and he was her choice at that.
