Daphne and Cole had a lot to overcome on the way to HEA. Their families have been in a feud for a very long time so being involved comes with its problems. But the connection between them and later on with her daughter is too strong and is not easy to stay away, even if it means they’re spending time in secret.

But secrets have a way of coming out and soon they’re discovered. Families are not happy and moving forward they need to decide if love is enough or they need to forget about each other. And here I have to say I liked her family’s reaction more than his, but ok. Since they ended up together i can forgive them for almost ruining a beautiful HEA.
