I know I’ve said this before, but I really would love to be part of these women’s inner circle. At first, I thought I’d be okay just joining their group, but no, I want to be inside their inner circle. The laughter alone is a huge selling point, but unconditional love and support is what’s #winning for me.
I loved this story so much! It was equal parts laden with deep emotional circumstances and ridiculously humorous ones as well. It was a perfect combination of all the things. It was a story I wasn’t expecting, but when the *ah, ha! / everything happens for a reason* moment unfolded for me; I lit up from the inside. It was perfectly written and executed, which is something Harlow James excels at, and it put a huge smile on my face.
This story was easy to get lost in but not just because the story was a #swoonfest, but also because Connor Crais & CJ Bloom were an exceptional team and brought to life this happenstance serendipitous romance journey to full bloom and made it even easier to get lost in the story.
As much as I absolutely loved this journey, I have to say something because #holytwitchybatkids LOLOLOL …. No, you can never just hand over your newborn to a stranger to go to the bathroom to change your shirt. Just, no. Don’t write that. That’s not a thing I can get behind. Someone should have scratched that scene way before Harlow pressed publish. Just, no. Betas, do better. Noelle, you lost a star for that. And Grant, that emotional breakdown/third-act break-up was … #twitchy and unnecessary. You helped in the loss of a star.
Okay, back to swooning …….
