What happens when you return back home to rebuild your life only to find your brothers best friend in the apartment that you thought you’re renting out? Well you struck a deal, one where you share the apartment and he helps you renovate the little shop for the next chapter in your life.

Everything goes great until the chemistry is too much to ignore and you burn up the place. But he’s not staying and you’ve just been burned so you agree to keep it casual. But staying true to the deal proves to be a problem for both Colt and Trixie, because the more time they spend together in and out of bed, the more they find things about each other to fall deeply for.

But with their track record, trusting these new feelings is not easy but when you’re with the right person, giving their hearts for safe keeping to someone else is all they truly want.
