In book 2, we meet Legend, who finds himself in a unique situation. In order to claim the inheritance left by his grandparents, he must marry. Now, Legend has never even met his grandparents, and he’s not particularly interested in accepting their offer. However, Monroe steps in and offers to help Legend secure the money by becoming his wife.
These two have been close friends for a long time, so it shouldn’t come as a shock to anyone outside of their friend group when they start acting like a couple. However, when they start spending more time alone together, it becomes clear how easy love can find you. Before they know it, they can’t imagine their lives without each other.
This book is a delightful read that is sure to bring a smile to your face. It is filled with heartwarming and romantic moments that will make your heart melt. Legend is a truly lovable person, and Monroe is the perfect match for him. Their love story is one that will captivate you and leave you feeling warm and fuzzy inside.
