The American is book five and the final book in the Unlawful Men Series. What a wild, twisted, and violent journey it’s been! Danny, James, and Brad were a force to be reckoned with. I loved the camaraderie and banter between these three. If often gave much needed laugh out loud moments. They’re alpha through and through, but we get their soft sides when they interact with their women.
Rose, Beau, and Pearl were a force of nature as well. Stubborn, defiant, strong, opiniated…the perfect match to their powerful men. I loved the sisterhood they created with each other and how they always stood in solidarity together, even against their own men.
This finale was loaded with violence, spice, plot twists, angst, and suspense. Amongst the chaos, these deadly men were able to come out on top with their women and families and have the happily ever after they’ve fought tooth and nail for since the very beginning. This series went out with a bang!
