ABOUT THE BOOK:
Ryleigh
Growing up in Hollywood, I was surrounded by liars and phonies.
So when I got my law degree, I knew I wanted to work as a district attorney.
Busy days turned to long nights—I was on my way up the ladder.
Then he happened.
Bullied his way into my life as if there was no choice.
Suddenly everything I thought I wanted wasn’t as important.
Stone
I had one thing on my mind and that was never going to change: The game.
The only goal I had was beating the records set by my family.
I didn’t have time for anything else.
Until she walked in the room.
The earth shifted, just like the stories said it would.
I said it wouldn’t happen—not to me.
I didn’t have the time, but now she was the only thing on my mind.
I knew it was her.
Now I had to convince her.

Meant for Stone by Natasha Madison
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
New generations is giving their parents a run for their money that’s for sure. I absolutely loved the progression of their relationship. Ryleigh was not easy to love and if there ever was a character that I could relate to in Natasha Madison work, she is it. She holds her emotions close to her heart and is not easily loveable. But Stone is set in his way and he’s determined to make her see just how perfect they’re together.
But living so far apart is not easy and when cracks start to show how much are they will to let go in order to be together?!
I adored Stone. To tell you the truth I was kinda mad for her brother when he came at him after they had problems. Like what was he supposed to do? It’s hard loving someone who is not overly affectionate (you can ask my husband for confirmation LOL) and while it broke my heart reading the “drama” I could understand where he was coming from. And let’s be honest she did do anything to make him see just how much she was willing to do to be with him. So yeah… Brilliant story and I’m on pins and needles waiting for Christopher’s story now.

EXCERPT:
“It’s good to see you, gorgeous,” I say softly, dropping the bag in my hand so I can grab her face. “I missed you.”
“I find that—” she says, but then stops because my lips are on hers, and my tongue slides into her mouth. I close my eyes as her tongue rolls with mine, making the whole thing I just went through worth it. Being in the same room with her makes it all worth it. She steps into me, putting her hands on my hips. I could kiss her all day long and be happy.
“Hmmm,” I mumble when I let her lips go so I can look at her. Her eyes open. “I like this top, makes it easy to do this.” I bend my head and bite the side of her neck before sucking it.
“Don’t you dare give me a hickey, Stone.” She pushes me away from her. “Now, what the hell are you doing here?”
“Well, I came to kiss you.” I kiss her lips again. “To give you this.” I hold up the white bag. “And to ask you to dinner.”
“I already said no.” She shakes her head, and I bend to kiss the side of her lips.
“I know, which is why I came to persuade you.” I trail kisses along her neck. “It’s just a dinner, gorgeous.”
“Ryleigh,” she hisses out, and when I look up, I can see her eyes are closed as she enjoys my kisses on her neck. I wrap an arm around her waist before my hand slides to her ass, pulling her toward me.
She shrieks when I palm her ass and squeeze. “Good God, you aren’t going to take no for an answer, are you?”
“No,” I answer her honestly as I nip her ear. “Dinner. Me and you tonight.”
“Ugh,” she puffs, and I take a second to look at her, staring into her eyes.
“Have dinner with me, gorgeous,” I invite softly. She pushes me away from her, straightening her pants even though they don’t need to be straightened. “It’s just dinner.”
“If I say yes, will you leave me alone?” she asks, and I can see I’m wearing her down.
“For today anyway,” I answer, making her roll her eyes at me.
“Fine, I’ll go out to dinner with you.”
MEET THE AUTHOR: When her nose isn’t buried in a book, or her fingers flying across a keyboard writing, she’s in the kitchen creating gourmet meals. You can find her, in four inch heels no less, in the car chauffeuring kids, or possibly with her husband scheduling his business trips. It’s a good thing her characters do what she says, because even her Labrador doesn’t listen to her…
