Lucas Lawson ladies and gentlemen! After all the Comets men we’ve met so far I think Serpents men are throwing their hat in the ring and Lucas might be a favorite hockey man so far. And if you’ve read the Comets series you know what a statement that is.

When Rory meets Lawson she dislikes him on the spot. His playboy ways are not for her and she doesn’t give him the time of day. Lawson was attracted toRory the moment he sees her. But he keeps his distance and admires from a far. That all changes when a Christmas gift is left in a dark alley and he turns to her for help. Seeing how sweet he is with the puppy and getting to know him better, she realizes quickly there is more to the player. Time spent together turns to real and deep feelings and the strength to keep fighting them soon leave her realizing that she will not be happy if he’s not at her side.

This story is filled with a golden retriever MC who is annoying and cute all in one, and a heroine who doesn’t want to love him but can helped herself in doing so.

As a start to a new series and I’m all in because Teagan Hunter just keeps on delivering and I’m here for it.
