I’m lost for words for this story. How much can one person take before they break down completely?! Piper is finally free and is doing a hell of a job raising her son on her own with the help of her friends. She always had feelings for Adam but never did anything to encourage him to make a move. Adam has loved Piper since the moment he saw her, but his best friend beat him to the punch and he was left with a broken heart and was doing anything and everything to squash his feelings. But a decade has passed since his BF died and the truth of Piper and his reputation is out, he wows that she will never again face anything alone. He will love and cherish her and her son like they were his.

This story was heartbreakingly beautiful. I read it in one sitting and couldn’t turn the pages quick enough to see what more needs to happen for Piper and Adam to finally get their long awaiting HEA.
