Ever since I picked up Gina Azzi’s books I’ve been a huge fan. Her way of telling a sorry speaks to me on many levels and getting to know Raia and Cohen was another great read for me.
Raia and Cohen have known each other for a very long time. She had a huge crush on him and he thought of her as a little sister. But now she is all grown up and single and he’s starting to notice it. Raia is not having a great time. First her boyfriend broke up with her, next she suffered a huge injury that puts her dreams of playing soccer in Europe on hold. And when she’s (almost) obligated to attend her friend’s ski trip, she begs Cohen to help her. But what neither of them expected is that their pretend would turn into HEA.
This story was fun to read and I loved seeing Avery even though I’m still not over what he did to Mila but OK. I’m looking forward to seeing more footballers getting their HEA.
