If you’re anything like me you’ve read the Comets series and didn’t care too much about Hutch. He’s still the grumpiest grump and has no intention of changing it anytime soon. But after meeting chatty Auden he finds himself changing his tune. Even his friends noticed a change in him, but when his relationship came to light he’s presented with a choice that leaves him heartbroken.

Auden has been single for a long time and has found company in her job. She is a badass and is taking names. Relationship with Hutch has made her see that she was missing out in life. And just as she decides to change her life completely, Hutch ends their relationship. But being a strong woman she refuses to let it end without closure. And with the help of his silly buddies she confronts him and together they realize that with one another, nothing matters or is more important.
