If you read book 1 than I’m sure you had mixed emotions regarding Finn. I’ve spent the majority of my time reading, not sure if I hate or love him. He kept hurting Piper, even when he didn’t mean to and I was struggling with that.
Derek in the other hand was like a buffer between them, and it was breaking my heart to see him want to belong to them but life kept getting in the way.
I had my emotions under relative control until Piper decided she had enough and disappeared on them. And when Finn and Derek decided they’re going to get her back and in the process found her letters, that she wrote to Archer, I nearly lost my mind. Reading those letters was extremely hard, like it was happening to me and not in a fictional world. And I couldn’t help but root for these two men to make her see that they are part of a unity and nothing will be as good as them together forever.
