I fell hard for Tristan the first time he was introduced to us. The way he step up for his daughter the moment he found out he was a father, was exactly what a man is supposed to do. His love for her is so big that nothing can compare. But his love for Abigail is coming close second. When they spend the night together, he believes this is his shot. He’s been in love with her for years and now all of his wishes came true. But everything is not going according to plan, and his hopes soon vanishes.
Abigail has (also) been in love with him forever. But when they spent the night together, she panicked and left. A few weeks went by and she learned that she was expecting. And here is where I have an issue with her. She didn’t tell him right away. I understand her reasons but damn it, he deserved better. But what I can give her props for is how she softened the blow after that fiasco. The love she had for Penelope and her father was everything those two deserved and I couldn’t be happier to see them have a HEA.
