A collection of four stories. A couple I had already read in the past and weren’t any different from what I remember.
WHO WILL SAVE YOUR SOUL: This was Skye at her best 🙂 Complete depravity with a sunshine ending … I mean what could be more Skye than that?! #favorite
MAFIA CINDERELLA: Again, all I have for you is … VERY Skye! lol
HEAVY EQUIPMENT: dirty, sexy and … VERY Skye!!
BEDTIME STORY: hmmmmm okay so honestly, I think I just read a really long prologue to something, maybe? There’s a good story here but it just ends before it even has time to begin..weird.
If you’ve never read Skye Warren before, I’m not all together sure this is where you should start. These are short stories and for one, labeling a story is a stretch. They are, however, very Skye. This is what she writes, and she is very good at her craft. But if you’re new to her word wizardry, they might fall short because you won’t get them and then you may not read her again and that would just be a crime. Do with that information as you will …
