He’s rich, talented and way out of her league. Now he’s making her an offer she can’t refuse…

Football has always been Cam Hartson’s life. But when he’s forced to retire following an injury, he slinks back to his small home town, planning to lie low and lick his wounds. But then he meets Mia Devlin.

The beautiful single mom of two tearaway boys has no interest in love. She’s too busy trying to keep her head above water to notice the way Cam looks at her every time he coaches her son.

There’s never been a challenge Cam hasn’t met before. But Mia might just be the one that gets away…

Somebody Like You is the fourth book in the Heartbreak Brothers series of emotional standalone romances, set in the small town of Hartson’s Creek.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Be still my heart – this was one big swoon fest I can tell you that. This story is about second chances in life when all seems lost.

Both Cam and Mia thought that they hit rock bottom but when they meet the chemistry was too strong to turn your back on it and together they found that person who makes you complete. I adored all the side characters and they way they added the depth to the story.

After finishing this book and more than happy that I’ve read it because it left me with all the feels and I can’t wait to read next book in the series.

Heartbreak Brothers Series ➡

Meet Carrie!

Carrie Elks writes contemporary romance with a sizzling edge. Her first book, Fix You, has been translated into eight languages and made a surprise appearance on Big Brother in Brazil. Luckily for her, it wasn’t voted out. Carrie lives with her husband, two lovely children and a larger-than-life black pug called Plato. When she isn’t writing or reading, she can be found baking, drinking an occasional (!) glass of wine, or chatting on social media.
