Poppy has lived a sheltered life. She has been homeschooled by her overprotective mother. Attending the masked ball is an exciting experience for her until she lands in the arms of Storm Royal. Electricity crackles around them.

Poppy’s delicate new love is shattered when she finds out why Storm really wants to marry her. She’s only a means to an end, another piece of property.

Can Storm win Poppy’s trust while trying to keep his fiery desire for her under control?

This is one force of nature Poppy didn’t see coming.

Poppy by MA Horst (Michelle Horst)
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Fun, dirty, and a bit over the top, Poppy is an explosive read! So sexy, and so romantic, these characters make you keep wishing this was more than a novella. The concept is unique, exciting and so incredibly intriguing as we continue to meet more and more of each family. Poppy is shy and so innocently naive. Her reaction to Storm makes the reader’s heart race with anticipation. While such a fast read, Ms. Horst can pull quite a few reactions and emotions from the reader. It’s jam packed and quick, and Poppy is a must read for the reader looking for a quick, super sexy read.
