Gian, loves renovating old buildings and bringing them back to their glory days. Hopeless romantic, hopeless hugger. Discovering Warren is everything he could ever possibly want.
Warren, has all the money he’ll ever need, he wants for nothing. Almostbroken by his past. Till he sets his sights on Gian, “You were checking out my ass a minute ago.” “Well…your ass is nice.” “We’ll have to test that theory.”
Warren felt their rightness together, “This was more than he had imagined. More exciting. More raw. More perfect. More…right.”
“Gian slowly nodded. “As long as you don’t change who you are.” “I’m not changing. I’m…” He spun his hand in the air. “Renovating myself under the guidance of a master builder.”
These guys….were so absolutely made for each other. I really enjoyed Gian’s total belief in his “Ren” even when Warren didn’t necessarily deserve it. Although I believe Warren was Gian’s before they even met.
Surprisingly enough it didn’t feel like it was angst heavy. Good writing with nicely developed characters and situations. I’ve read several of this authors other books and have always liked her writing.

Jaime Reese is the alter ego of an artist who loves the creative process of writing, just not about herself. Fiction is far more interesting. She has a weakness for broken, misunderstood heroes and feels everyone deserves a chance at love and life. An avid fan of a happy ending, she believes those endings acquired with a little difficulty are more cherished.
