Gianna LeBron grew up in poverty. Destined to change her circumstances and her zip code, she rises up from the inner-city streets with an Ivy League education and affluent husband. A few short years later, she’s alone with three children, destitute and desperate.
Finding herself in the same hell she’d fought so hard to escape, and determined to find a solution, she compromises who she is. Selling her soul for the almighty dollar, she does what she has to do in order to provide for her children.
Caught between a secret love and her toddler’s unending need for medical care, Gianna’s forced to decide how far she’ll go to heal her daughter and save the man she loves.
This is an amazing don’t blink story! Gianna LeBron clawed herself out of poverty and made a life for herself just to have the rug swept from under her to find herself right where she had started. She blinked and everything around her just came tumbling down ….
I was a blubbering fool thru a lot of this story because it was SO real and relatable. This plight happens to people ALL the time. However, they don’t always get a Jase in their lives to help save the day. That’s why romance fiction exists 🙂
There wasn’t a moment in this story that I wasn’t feeling something! My heart sang and it cried equally. I was amused as much as I was frustrated. It was real life, people. It felt exhilarating to read.
This novel is so much more than meets the eye. You will be stunned at some of the turns it takes, and you might be a little confused as to why. But Stephie Walls makes sure to round this story up very well in the end and everything just clicks. Amazing!

Wow. Oh. Wow. Fallen Woman is one of the most unexpected, heartbreakingly beautiful books I’ve read in quite some time.
Gia and Jase are both jaded. Gia has been hardened by life and just trying to wade her way though life as a single mother to 3 children.
Jase comes in, and what follows was a not your typical “rich guy meets poor girl” romance novel. Not.at.all. The remarkable story we get to experience has it all, laughter, love, tears.
