Genre: Contemporary Romance
When I was asked to babysit for a single father, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Two months with Mr. tall, dark, and broody didn’t seem like a bad trade off for the money he would pay me.
As the weeks go by, our attraction grows and I realize what a concerned and caring father he is. And he learns that not every woman is untrustworthy like his ex wife.
We both agree to walk away from our fling when I leave for college at the end of summer.
And reluctantly, we do.
Until my first day of classes when he crashes back into my world.

Okay, so I wouldn’t say any of this story falls under the category of depraved, it was more sweet than anything else, so the title annoyed me. I waited for depravity to happen and it just never did, for me. I think there can be levels, and one person’s definition of what is morally corrupt may be different than someone else’s so *shrug* this didn’t ring depraved to me. Also, the cover … I love it but it doesn’t scream Miles to me. What can I say, these things are peeves for me LOL
Alright, let’s talk about the journey/story. Nothing actually happened that was unexpected but that’s not a bad thing. It followed the rules lol From the pace to the timing of events to the events themselves, it all happened as it should. I expected them. And Miles and Sophie were characters I could root for. Sophie was a strong heroine. She was older than her age and I enjoyed that. There was no drama for drama here. Like I said, the story followed all the steps these types of stories usually take. And again, not a bad thing. Their relationship grew organically. It wasn’t something that was thrown at us from the beginning or even forced just to get the story going. That was the best part of this for me. I read a true journey with a bit of taboo on the side. And let me just say, when the sexy began, it was on!! So I liked it. A lot actually.
I’m eager for the next in this series. I’m intrigued and I want more!
